How quickly will my SaleehV order arrive?
We know you’re excited to receive your items! Standard delivery across the UAE typically takes 2 to 5 business days. Delivery timelines may vary slightly depending on your specific Emirate and product stock levels.

Where exactly do you deliver?
We offer comprehensive delivery coverage across all seven Emirates in the UAE. For any special delivery requests, feel free to reach out to us at admin@saleehv.com.

How do I complete my purchase?
Simply browse our collection, add your favorite premium accessories or electronics to your cart, and follow the secure checkout prompts on our website.

2. Our 1-Year Quality Promise (Warranty)

Does my purchase include a warranty?
Yes. To ensure your peace of mind, all SaleehV products come with a 1-year limited warranty starting from your date of purchase.

What is protected under this warranty?
We cover manufacturing defects, hardware malfunctions, and performance issues that occur during normal, intended use of the product.

What isn’t covered?
The warranty does not apply to:

  • Accidental damage, drops, or misuse.
  • Normal wear and tear (scratches or cosmetic aging).
  • Consumables like cables or batteries.
  • Any repairs attempted by unauthorized third parties.

How do I start a warranty claim?
If you encounter an issue, please email admin@saleehv.com with your order number and a brief description (or photo) of the problem.

3. Easy Returns & Exchanges

What if I change my mind after buying?
At SaleehV, we want you to love your tech. You can return any unused item in its original condition within 7 days of delivery. Please note a 35 AED return processing fee applies for “change of mind” returns.

What if the item arrives damaged?
If your product has a defect or was damaged during transit, we will provide a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.

How long do refunds take?
Once approved, your refund is processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method or bank account.

Can I exchange an item?
Certainly. We offer exchanges on new, unused products. For hygiene and safety, certain sensitive items must remain in their original sealed packaging to be eligible.

4. Order Management

Can I modify my order after it’s placed?
Speed is our priority, but if you need to cancel or change an order, please contact us at admin@saleehv.com within 24 hours.

Which items are final sale?
Customized products, clearance/sale items, and perishable goods cannot be returned or exchanged.
